    #ELGL20: Local Gov Oktoberfest is the Engaging Local Government Leaders (ELGL) network's annual conference. Traditionally, ELGL's conference is hosted in cities around the United States. In 2020, the conference will be offered virtually during the month of October. ELGL conferences cover a wide variety of local government topics, designed to widen attendees' world views about local public service, and introduce new and important information to directly benefit their towns, cities, counties, and districts. ELGL is a big-tent local government organization with the vision of amplifying the good in local government, and the mission of engaging the brightest minds in local government.
